The Philadelphia Business Journal has once again teamed with Quantum Workplace to identify the region's Best Places to Work. Our 2020 list includes 90 companies from across Greater Philadelphia, ranked by employee feedback.
Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
Quantum Workplace employee surveys measure each company’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Responses from each question of each completed survey are compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked and winners are chosen in each size category by their composite score.
Our unveiling of this year's honorees continues with the large companies category, which encompasses employers with between 100 and 499 employees.
