The Atlantic’s developers, Post Brothers, also installed ATMOS Home, a best-in-class apartment technology system, in its apartments in order to give residents full control over the quality of their home - helping them create the best conditions for their physical (and mental) health. ATMOS can adjust lighting, environ- mental controls, and even the Lutron-powered window coverings via either a smart- phone or the iPad installed on the wall of each unit. The Atlantic’s fitness center also features an ATMOS system in order to continuously filter fresh outdoor air through its facilities.
